When you message us through our website chat or WhatsApp, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, and the content of your messages, in order to respond to your inquiry.
How we use it
We use this information solely to respond to your questions, provide quotes, and follow up on your request. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
WhatsApp messaging
If you message us on WhatsApp, your messages are processed via the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) to generate automated replies and connect you with our team. Message content may be temporarily processed by our AI assistant to answer your questions.
Data retention
We retain conversation data only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for basic record-keeping. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
