Accessibility
We build websites for hotels whose guests include people who navigate by keyboard, by screen reader, by voice or with magnification. Our own site is held to the same standard we sell.
1. Our standard
logfile.studio aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. WCAG 2.2 builds on the earlier versions, so meeting it also meets WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the version the U.S. Department of Justice adopted in its 2024 rule under the Americans with Disabilities Act, and WCAG 2.0 Level AA, which Section 508 uses. We treat an accessibility problem as a bug, not as a feature request.
2. What the site does for you
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus ring on every link, button and field.
- A "Skip to content" link is the first thing the keyboard reaches on the main pages.
- Moving content, the video and the scrolling ticker at the top of the homepage, has a pause button, and stops entirely if your device asks for reduced motion.
- Text and controls meet the WCAG contrast ratios, and links inside text are underlined, not signalled by colour alone.
- The site works at 200% zoom and on a 320 pixel wide screen without horizontal scrolling.
- Each language version declares its language, and the Arabic version reads right to left.
- Form fields have visible labels, errors are announced, and nothing on the site is timed.
- The chat assistant can be opened and closed from the keyboard, closes with Escape, and announces its replies to screen readers.
We do not use an accessibility overlay or widget. Overlays do not fix the underlying code and often get in the way of the assistive technology people already use.
3. How we test
Last reviewed on 27 September 2026. Every public page, in all four languages where they exist, was tested at desktop and mobile widths with the axe-core engine against the WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 Level A and AA rules, and passed with no violations. Keyboard navigation, focus order, reduced motion and zoom were then checked by hand. Automated tools catch only part of what matters, so we repeat both passes whenever the site changes significantly.

We answer within two business days and give you the information you were looking for by another route in the meantime.
